Product Description
Adjustment of selecting sieve for self-propelled full feed rice combine harvester. Before delivery of the machine, the upper sieve shall be equipped with the louver sieve, and the lower sieve shall be equipped with the perforated sieve; and the tailing sieve shall be the strip-shaped sawtooth sieve.The opening of the sieve piece shall be adjusted by rotating the regulating shaft. The opening of the sieve piece shall become bigger and bigger by rotating anticlockwise and become smaller and smaller by rotating clockwise. When the selection loss is relatively big, the opening of the sieve piece shall be increased; and the opening shall be reduced when excessive impurities are left in the grain. The opening of the sieve piece shall be adjusted at any time in accordance with the maturity of the crop, water content, growing trend and other conditions during operations, as well as air quantity in order to acquire the desirable selecting effect. During adjustment, open the inspection hole cover on the side wall and unscrew two locking bolts; and make the adjusting plate rotate around the revolving shaft. The opening of the sieve piece shall become bigger and bigger by rotating anticlockwise and become smaller and smaller by rotating clockwise. Moreover, screw up the locking bolt and install the inspection hole cover well upon completion of adjustment.
